After graduation, she began to devote her time to music. Her track My Vag, a response track to the Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity via the Internet in 2012. It was also included in Awkwafina's NYC travel guide, published in 2015. A musician and an author were in her portfolio, she decided to set her sights on the role of a third-party actor.
